Στην αρχή είχα άγχος διότι ήταν η πρώτη φορά που θα πήγαινα σε ψυχολόγο και δεν ήξερα αν θα με βοηθήσει. Η κ. Φαίδρα όμως με έκανε κατευθείαν να νιώσω άνετα και επίσης μου βρήκε αρκετές λύσεις στο πως να διαχειριστώ τα θέματα μου .

Αν και γενικά δεν αφήνω ποτέ κριτικές, θα ήθελα να μοιραστώ την εμπειρία που είχα με την ψυχολόγο, κ. Φαίδρα. Έχω επισκεφθεί πολλούς ψυχολόγους ανά καιρούς και είναι δύσκολο να βρεις έναν επαγγελματία που να σου ταιριάζει πραγματικά. Η κ. Φαίδρα, όμως, ξεχώρισε από την πρώτη στιγμή για την ικανότητα να δημιουργεί ένα θερμό και εμπιστευτικό περιβάλλον, όπου ένιωθα άνετα να μοιραστώ τις σκέψεις και τις ανησυχίες μου χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Σε κάθε συνεδρία, αισθάνομαι ότι κερδίζω όχι μόνο μια πιο βαθιά κατανόηση του εαυτού μου αλλά και πρακτικά εργαλεία οπως πχ μου έμαθε τεχνικές όχι μόνο για να αντιμετωπίζω το άγχος μου εκείνη τη στιγμή, αλλά και για να οικοδομήσω μια πιο ήρεμη καθημερινότητα μακροπρόθεσμα . Η δική μου εμπειρία με την κ. Φαίδρα ήταν αλλαγή ζωής, και θεωρώ τον εαυτό μου τυχερό που τη βρήκα. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα τις υπηρεσίες της σε όποιον αναζητά βελτίωση στην ψυχική του υγεία και ευεξία.

Εγώ και η γυναίκα μου κάνουμε συνεδρίες από το καλοκαίρι με την Φαίδρα και μας έχει βοηθήσει να διαχειριστούμε καλύτερα τις εντάσεις στο σπίτι. Επίσης, μας συμβούλευσε και μας βοήθησε να διαβάζουμε καλύτερα τον γιο μας που πηγαίνει έκτη δημοτικού και έχει διαγνωσθεί με άτυπο αυτισμό και ΔΕΠΥ. Την ευχαριστούμε και την συνιστούμε ως ψυχολόγο.
