Nikoletta Damaskinou BSc is a Life & Business Coach conducting online sessions. She holds a degree in Business Administration & Organizations from the Hellenic Open University and a coaching certification (Certificate in coaching - AC Accredited) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds certifications in Business Coaching and Leadership Coaching from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an EMCC Global accreditation as a Senior Practitioner. Ms. Damaskinou is a member of the European and Hellenic Mentoring and Coaching Associations (European Mentoring & Coaching Council), EMCC Global and Greece, an international organization for mentors and coaches. Siasiou Maria is a Personal Development Coach, NLP Practitioner, and educator with over 22 years of experience supporting children and adults. She has been trained in NLP, hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy, tools which she applies with empathy and a focus on meaningful change. Through her sessions, she helps individuals discover their talents and desires, overcome limiting beliefs and internal obstacles, and design a future that reflects their true self, with self-awareness and confidence. Despoina Drivakou MSc, PhD(c) is a Life Coach with a private practice in Thessaloniki and provides supervision to early-career psychologists and mental health professionals in the initial stages of clinical practice. She holds a degree from the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's degree in Basic Medical Research Methodology - Social Medicine - Public Health and Epidemiology from the Medical School of the same university. She is also a doctoral candidate at the same institution. Additionally, she is trained in Systemic Family Psychotherapy and is a certified Life Coach, regularly attending seminars and conferences on the systemic approach. Other psychotherapeutic programs she has trained in include Symbol Drama - basic training, Emotionally Focused Therapy - couples therapy, and the developmental model for couples in crisis due to substance, alcohol, and medication abuse, domestic violence, and narcissistic personality disorder. She is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in the USA. Additionally, she is certified in Hypnotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis, having completed studies in the United Kingdom and the USA, respectively. She has experience in educating children and adults, organizing projects, conferences, and groups, and has appeared in various shows, conferences, and seminars. She specializes in addressing contemporary life issues. Sessions are conducted in both Greek and English.

Stauroula Kalapothakou is a Professional Life Coach focused on self-awareness, empowerment, and personal development. As a certified Professional Life Coach, she supports individuals and groups in recognizing their potential, overcoming limiting beliefs, and advancing with confidence in both their personal and professional journeys.

Her professional experience began in the fields of management and sales, where she developed strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Since 2009, she has been working at an advertising agency in Amfissa, handling office organization and client management, gaining deep insight into human behavior and professional needs.

Since 2025, she has also been active as a Life Coach, providing personalized sessions and experiential workshops on personal development. She is certified in Professional Life Coaching by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and continuously invests in lifelong learning, with additional training in special education and human rights.
