Elena Apostolaki’s journey into psychology and personal development is not merely a professional choice — it is a deeply personal path of growth and self-discovery.

She holds a degree in Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University, with a specialization in Psychopathology through the Evdokimos Educational Group. She has also trained in Life Coaching at the University of West Attica and holds the Practitioner Coach certification from the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPCM). Additionally, she completed studies in Counselling Intervention at the "Diodos" School of Personal Development and Therapy.

Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree at Aegean College, in collaboration with the University of Essex, continually enriching both the theoretical and practical foundation of her work in psychology.

Elena combines elements of Cognitive Psychology, the Person-Centered Approach, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to create a safe, empathetic, and effective space for individuals who wish to:

explore their inner world,

identify and overcome personal obstacles,

evolve in meaningful and authentic ways.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that every person already holds the tools they need to grow — they simply need the right environment, guidance, and support to uncover and activate them.
