Διερευνά με μέθοδο την κατάσταση του ασθενή. Ευγενική, οργανωτική και επικοινωνιακή δίνει άμεσα με σαφήνεια στον ασθενή την πληροφορία που χρειάζεται για να έχει επίγνωση της κατάστασής του, καθώς και για το πως θα κινηθούν για την περαιτέρω διερεύνηση κι αντιμετώπιση.
