Rabbah Tania is a Registered Dietician - Nutritionist. She works with the Mindful Eating method, which eliminates diet plans. She focuses on changing the client's way of thinking and habits around nutrition. In other words, she trains the client to work on those mechanisms that lead to over-eating; replacing old "unhelpful" habits with new more helpful ones. Unlike with diet plans, she provides the clients with all the tools they need in order for them to become their own food regulators. She shows them the pitfalls and how to avoid them. This method is proven to provide longer lasting results on weight, without deprivation and suppression. The clients will have new task each time which will help them establish a new "helping" behavior at a time. Rabbah Tania is a graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science of the Harokopio University of Athens and a member of the Pan-Hellenic Association of Dietitians Nutritionists. She was also a scholar of the Greek Embassy of Lebanon at the same University for 5 years. She has carried out her internship in major hospitals in Athens, such as the Attica General Hospital "Sismanoglio", the Red Cross Hospital, the Piraeus General Hospital "Tzaneio" and the Athens General Hospital "G. Gennimatas' Hospital, Athens, Greece, at the 'Gennimatas' Hospital, Athens, Greece, in the years 2005 - 2006. To date, she offers at home and online nutritional support in Athens, as well as in Manila, Philippines.
