Η κα Καλτσούνη είναι εξαιρετική επαγγελματίας και αυτό φαίνεται από την πρώτη συνεδρία. Έχει ενσυναίσθηση, δεν κάνει προσωπικές προβολές, και ακούει πάντα με προσοχή και σεβασμό. Αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά της με έκαναν να την εμπιστευτώ άμεσα ενώ ήταν η πρώτη φορά που δοκίμαζα συνεδρίες με ψυχολόγο. Η εμπειρία μου από την συνεργασία με την Χαρά είναι εξαιρετική. Νιώθω ότι η θεραπευτική της προσέγγιση είναι απόλυτα ισορροπημένη ανάμεσα στην απόλυτα επαγγελματική και στην ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση. Παρέχει τον χώρο και τον χρόνο που χρειάζομαι στην διαδικασία και ποτέ δεν έχω νιώσει άβολα στο να μοιραστώ κάτι μαζί της.
