Ellie Tsatsou-Palmer is a certified Life Coach and maintains a private practice in Pangrati, Athens. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Deree – The American College of Greece, and a Master’s degree (MA) in Digital Media Productions from the University of the Arts London. She has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Art, Design & Communication, specializing in Technology Enhanced Learning. Currently, she is training as a Mindfulness Mentor through the Banyan Mindfulness Mentor Training program. She has been trained in NLP, hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy, tools which she applies with empathy and a focus on meaningful change. Through her sessions, she helps individuals discover their talents and desires, overcome limiting beliefs and internal obstacles, and design a future that reflects their true self, with self-awareness and confidence.
