Κολπίτιδες και ουρολοιμώξεις στην εμμηνόπαυση λόγω οιστρογόνων, λύσεις;

Καλησπέρα σας, εδώ και τέσσερα χρόνια υποφέρω από κολπιτιδες από βακτήρια (ekoli, klepsiela, enterococus...) και αντίστοιχα ουρολοιμώξεις, είμαι στην εμμηνόπαυση και έχω ατροφία. Περνώντας αντιβιωση για ένα βακτήριο, εμφανίζεται κάποιο άλλο και ούτω καθεξής, το ph καταστρέφεται καθώς και η χλωρίδα και νιώθω ακόμη και όταν δεν έχω βακτήρια συνεχώς τσουκσιμο και εξωτερικά. Οι γυναικολόγοι μου λένε ότι όλα αυτά είναι λόγω της έλλειψης των οιστρογόνων, δεν μπορώ να πάρω οιστρογόνα έχω χειρουργηθεί στο μαστό και έχω κάνει ορμονοθεραπεια, αντιοιστρογονα. Μπορώ να βοηθήσω;
