Πρέπει να κάνω κολποσκόπηση με αρνητικό HPV και αίσθημα καύσης μετά από θεραπεία;
Καλησπέρα, μετα απο test pap που εδειξε ascus σε ήπια φλεγμονή , εκανα test hpv βγηκε αρνητικο. Η καλλιεργεια εδειξε cardenella vaginalis και πτωχή χλωρίδα . Εκανα θεραπεία με flagyl και intimeo για 7 ημερες. Παλι νοιωθω καυση στον κολπο. Πρεπει να κανω τωρα κολποσκοπηση με αρνητικο test hpv? Φευγουν ποτε τα ατυπα κυτταρα ή πρεπει να καθαριστουν με καποιο τροπο π.χ. λειζερ?

Καλησπέρα σας! Ευρήματα ASUS στο τεστ ΠΑΠ σημαίνει τραχηλίτιδα-κολπίτιδα ή λοίμωξη από HPV. Συνίσταται DNA τεστ για όλους τους ιούς κ==των κονδυλωμάτων και καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού. Από τη στιγμή που υπάρχει μικρόβιο, δίνεται αγωγή που πολύ σωστά πήρατε. Αν το τεστ DNA για όλους τους ιούς βγει αρνητικό δε χρειάζεται κολποσκόπηση ούτε άλλη θεραπεία. Πρέπει να επαναλάβετε την καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού για να διαπιστωθεί αν το μικρόβιο αντιμετωπίστηκε ΄ή χρειάζεται συμπληρωματική θεραπεία.

Πολύ σημαντικό είναι ποια είναι η ηλικία σας. όχι δεν χρειάζεται χωρίς κολποσκοπηση να κάνετε loop εκτομη.
