Γεια σας, εδώ και έξι μήνες έχω κολπίτιδα και παίρνω φλουκοναζόλη χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, υπάρχει περίπτωσ
Γεια σας εδώ και έξι μήνες έχω κολπίτιδα κ παίρνω φλουκοναζολη αλλά κανένα αποτέλεσμα υπάρχει περίπτωση ο οργανισμός μ Ν μην δέχεται την ουσία ;

Καλησπέρα σας, είναι πιθανό ο οργανισμός σας να έχει αναπτύξει αντοχή στη φλουκοναζόλη, ειδικά αν η κολπίτιδα οφείλεται σε ανθεκτικά στελέχη μυκήτων. Προτείνω να επαναξιολογηθεί η διάγνωση και να γίνει καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού, ώστε να προσδιοριστεί ο ακριβής αιτιολογικός παράγοντας και να προσαρμοστεί η θεραπεία ανάλογα.
