Χειρουργείο αυχένα για κήλη 9εκ: πόσο καιρό ανάρρωση & χρήση κολάρου;
Γειά σας πριν 4 μέρες έκανα χειρουργείο στο αυχενα διότι είχα μια κηλη 9εκ...φοράω κολάρο όλη μέρα...Για πόσο καιρό θα πρέπει να το φοράω??πότε μπορώ να αρχίσω να κουνάω τον αυχενα μου και τα χέρια μου?μπορώ να βγαίνω για περπάτημα?πως πρεπει να κοιμάμαι??βοηθήστε με
