Καλησπερα...απο τον φεβρουαριο εχω παθει 3 φορες ιγμοριτιδα, πηρα ολες τις αντιβιωσεις( augmentin, flagyl) με παροδικη βελτιωση...εκανα αξονικη κ εχω πληρη καταληψη δρξιου ιγμοριου κ σφηνοειδη κολπου κ κυστη εκ κατακρατησεως αριστερα...εχω τωρα 1 μηνα παλι που εχω πρασινη μυξα αοσμη κ οπισθορρινικα χωρις πονο. Κανω συνεχως πλυσεις με ορο που δεν ρκανα παλια...θα χρειαστει χειρουργειο? Μηπως καθαριζει το ιγμοριο απο τις πλυσεις κ εχω αυτη την πρασινη μυξα παλι? Ευχαριστω.

Καλησπέρα. Αυτά είναι ευρήματα χρόνιας παραρρινοκολπίτιδας. Το πιθανότερο είναι ότι θα χρειαστείτε χειρουργείο λειτουργικής ενδοσκοπικής χειρουργικής ρινός και παραρρινίων (FESS). Καλό είναι να γίνει και μια ενδοσκόπηση ρινός για να διευκρινιστεί αν έχετε ρινικούς πολύποδες και μετά να συζητηθεί η αντιμετώπιση.
