Γιατί συνεχίζεται η ιγμορίτιδα και το μπούκωμα μετά από χειρουργείο FESS;
Καλησπέρα σας, πριν 4 χρόνια έκανα χειρουργείο Fess, λόγο χρονιάς ιγμορίτιδας, έχω και αλλεργική ρινίτιδα ταυτόχρονα. Συχνά κολλάω ιώσεις και κυρίως πάλι μπούκωμα στην μύτη και γίνονται ιγμορίτιδα πάλι, συνήθως το αντιμετωπίζω με όρους και σπρέι πλέον. Ήθελα να ρωτήσω γιατί συνεχίζει όμως αυτό και κολλάω συνεχεια; Επίσης υπάρχει περίπτωση πάλι να δημιουργηθεί επιπλοκή όπως πριν το χειρουργείο;

Υπάρχει πιθανότητα να έχουν υποτροπιάσει οι πολύποδες στη μύτη. Χρειάζεται να γίνει ενδοσκόπηση από ΩΡΛ και πιθανώς νέος απεικονιστικός έλεγχος.
