Έλπίζω το ουρεόπλασμα να θεραπευτεί παρά το εξασθενημένο ανοσοποιητικό;
Καλησπέρα. Διαγνώστηκα πριν 2 μήνες με αυτοάνοσο, ΣΕΛ και έχω ξεκινήσει θεραπεία με Plaquenil. Ωστόσο εδώ και έναν χρόνο έχω ενοχλήσεις στα γυναικολογικα, πόνο χαμηλά στη κοιλιά, τσούξιμο κατά την ούρηση και έπειτα, πόνο στην σεξουαλική επαφή και τις επόμενες ημέρες είμαι σαν άρρωστη. Αρχικά δεν είχαν βρει ποιο μικρόβιο είναι και μου έδιναν άλλες αντιβιωσεις. Πρόσφατα βρέθηκε ότι είναι ουρεόπλασμα pravum και η γιατρός μου έδωσε Vibramycin για 14 μέρες. Υποχώρησαν τελείως τα συμπτώματα αλλά επανήλθαν μέσα σε έναν μήνα. Η επόμενη επιλογή είναι η Zithromax. Έχω ελπίδα να φύγει ή θα παιδευομαι συνεχώς λόγω εξασθενημενου ανοσοποιητικου; Υπάρχει λύση;;; Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Φυσικά και υπάρχει λύση υπάρχουν κι άλλες αντιβιώσεις που πιάνουν το συγκεκριμένο μικρόβιο

Αν εχει εγκατασταθεί στην ουροδόχο κύστη χρειάζεται ειδική θεραπεία
