Καλησπέρα οι αιματολογικές εξετάσεις μου πριν από 6 μήνες ήταν Σάκχαρο 137 και μετά από ένα μήνα 101 ουρία 48.5 ουρικό οξύ 7.3 κρεατινίνη 0.87 Χοληστερίνη 330 Hdl 62 Ldl 138 Sgot 27 Sgot 40 γgt 217 Κάλιο 4.6 Νάτριο 141 Γλυκοζυλιωμένη αιμοσφαιρίνη 5.6 Γενική εξέταση ούρων (πρωινά ούρα όχι 24ωρου) Όψη ΕΛΑΦΡΩΣ ΘΟΛΗ Χροιά ΚΙΤΡΙΝΗ Αντίδραση (PH) 5 Ειδικό Βάρος 1030 Λεύκωμα ΟΧΙ Σάκχαρο ΟΧΙ Οξόνη ΟΧΙ Χολοχρωστικές ΟΧΙ Ουροχολινογόνο ΟΧΙ Αιμοσφαιρίνη ΟΧΙ Πυοσφαίρια 0-2 Κ.Ο.Π. Καλησπέρα σας, η νεφρική λειτουργία σας είναι φυσιολογική, η χοληστερίνη, το ουρικο και το σάκχαρο σας είναι αυξημένα (και 101 πρωινό που έφτιαξε σημαίνει ότι θα κάνετε διαβήτη)έχετε εικόνα μεταβολικου σύνδρομου,δεν μου γράφετε τριγλυκεριδια. Δεν γνωρίζω το σωματικό βάρος αν είναι αυξημένο πρέπει να χάσετε κιλά και θα βελτιωθεί η αιματολογική εικόνα και φυσικά να πάρετε και αγωγή για ένα διάστημα. Χρειάζεστε να επισκεφθείτε ένα Ιατρό.
