Πότε να κάνω εξέταση PSA μετά από ακτινοθεραπεία και ορμονοθεραπεία;
ΠΡΟΣΤΑΤΗΣ. Καλημέρα σας. Πριν ένα μήνα τελείωσα τις ακτινοθεραπειες (28 συνεδρίες),στην κοίτη του προστάτη και περιφερειακους λεμφαδένες. Επίσης πριν από 3 μήνες είχα κάνει ορμονοθεραπεια, (3μηνη ένεση ). Σας παρακαλώ μπορείτε να μου απαντήσετε μετά από ποσο διάστημα θα πρέπει να κάνω εξέταση psa?? ( Είχε προηγηθεί πριν ενάμιση χρόνο ολική προστατεκτομη ,με ανοιχτό χειρουργείο. Πριν τις θεραπείες το psa ειχε φτασε 0.10 . 0 16. 0.11..και το τελευταίο 0.07.... Τους πρώτους μήνες μετά την επέμβαση ήταν χαμηλότερο )Τώρα φυσιολογικά θα πρέπει να δείξει μηδέν??! Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!
