Ο καρκίνος του προστάτη gleason 7 (4+3) θα ιαθεί με ορμονοθεραπεία και ακτινοβολίες;
Ο σύζυγος μου ετών 78 διαγνώστηκε με καρκίνο του προστάτη gleason 7 (4+3), εντοπισμένο εντός του προστάτη, με όλες τις εξετάσεις, μαγνητικές πολύ παραμετρικές, βιοψίες και σπινθηρογράφημα τα . Υπεβλήθη σε ορμονοθεραπεια και κάνει και 35 ακτινοθεραπείες. Δεν είχε ποτέ συμπτώματα από τον προστάτη. Όλα ανακαλύφθηκαν από τα checkup. Η τελευταία μέτρηση του psa μετά την ορμονοθεραπεια και πριν τις ακτινοβολίες έπεσε από 28 στο 0.01. Τώρα έκανε την πέμπτη ακτινοθεραπεία και έχει άλλες τριαντα. Πιστεύεται θα πετύχει ίαση;
