Πώς επηρεάζει ο A1298C πολυμορφισμός MTHFR την εγκυμοσύνη μου;
Καλησπέρα σας Τον Μάρτιο είχα μια παλίνδρομη κύηση 6 εβδομάδων και σε κάποια εξέταση dna, ανιχνεύθηκε ο παθογόνος πολυμορφισμός Α1298C στο γονίδιο της ρεδουκτασης του τετραυδροφολικου μεθυλενίου (MTHFR) σε ετεροζυγωτια. Τώρα είμαι και πάλι έγκυος και ανησυχώ μήπως επηρεάσει την εγκυμοσύνη μου. Φυσικά και θα ρωτήσω τον γιατρό μου, αλλά θα ήθελα πολύ την άποψη σας.

Δεν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας απο την ετεροζυγωτια MTHFR. Να μετρήσετε την ομοκυστεΐνη σας και να παίρνετε φυλλικο οξύ.
