Μπορώ να τρυπήσω τον αφαλό αν υπάρχει ελιά από τη γέννηση;

Καλησπέρα θα ήθελα να ρωτησω έχω μια μικρούλα ελιά σαν τελιτσα μισό εκατοστό πάνω από τον αφαλό μου ακριβώς στην ευθεία του κέντρου . Θέλω να κάνω τρύπα στον αφαλό μπορώ να την κάνω η θα αποτελέσει πρόβλημα εάν τρυπηθει η περιοχή ; την έχω από τότε που γενήθηκα και δεν έχω παρατηρήσει κάποια αλλαγή η κάτι ανησυχητικό
