Περιμένω περίοδο σε μια εβδομάδα και έχω καφέ υγρά δύο μέρες. Είναι φυσιολογικό;
Καλησπέρα σας ..περιμένω να αδιαθετησω σε μια βδομάδα και έχω καφέ υγρά 2 μέρες? Είναι φυσιολογικό? Είμαι 30 ετών και ο κύκλος μου δεν είναι πάντα σταθερός

Καλησπέρα. Το γεγονός ότι παρατηρείτε καφέ υγρά πριν την περίοδο δεν είναι φυσιολογικό και μπορεί να υποδεικνύει κάποιες ανωμαλίες, ειδικά αν ο κύκλος σας δεν είναι πάντα σταθερός. Οι καφέ εκκρίσεις μπορεί να σχετίζονται με ορμονικές διαταραχές, προβλήματα στον τράχηλο, ή άλλες καταστάσεις.
Θα ήταν καλό να διερευνηθούν οι αιτίες των ανωμαλιών στον κύκλο σας, ώστε να διαπιστωθεί τι προκαλεί αυτές τις αλλαγές και να ληφθούν τα κατάλληλα μέτρα.
