Καθυστέρηση 44 ημερών στον κύκλο: να ανησυχώ;
Καλησπέρα ..έχω από το καλοκαίρι έχω συνέχεια καθυστέρηση στην πρόοδο μου αρκετές ημέρες ..στην αρχή θεώρησα ότι ίσως μεγαλωσε ο κύκλος μου αλλά έχω αρχίσει να ανησυχώ γιατί σήμερα βρίσκομαι στην ημέρα 44 του κύκλου μου από όσο γράφει στο ημερολόγιο στην εφαρμογή που έχω .. είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό ;

Καλησπέρα σας. Αν ο κύκλος σας έχει αρχίσει να παρατείνεται σταθερά, όπως τώρα που βρίσκεστε στην 44η ημέρα, είναι καλό να το διερευνήσουμε. Οι διαταραχές μπορεί να οφείλονται σε ορμονικές αλλαγές, στρες, πολυκυστικές ωοθήκες ή προεμμηνοπαυσιακές μεταβολές, ανάλογα με την ηλικία σας. Δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα κάτι ανησυχητικό, αλλά καλό θα ήταν να γίνει ένας γυναικολογικός έλεγχος με υπερηχογράφημα και ορμονικές εξετάσεις για να δούμε τι συμβαίνει.
