Πόνος στη μέση και στο ισχίο μετά από ρήξη αιμορραγικής κύστης ωοθυλακίου;
Καλησπέρα, σε τυχαία μαγνητική που έκανα για την μέση μου βρέθηκε μεγάλη ποσότητα υγρου στο δουγλασειο χώρο. Πηγα λοιπόν σε γυναικολόγο και μου βρήκε ρηγμενο αιμοραγικο κυστικο ωοθυλακιο το οποίο άφησε υγρο στην κοιλια μου. Μου εδωσε υπόθετα Voltaren για 10 μέρες. Η φαρμακευτική μου αγωγή έχει τελειώσει αλλά εγώ συνεχίζω να έχω πονο στην μεση και στο ισχίο.Αυτα τα συμπτώματα υοαρχει περίπτωση να ει αι από την ρηγμενη κύστη μου;

Καλησπέρα. Εφόσον συνεχίζονται τα ενοχλήματα να επαναλάβετε υπερηχογραφικό έλεγχο.

Καλησπέρα σας. Σημαντικό θα ήταν να γνωρίζουμε τι έδειξε η μαγνητική τομογραφία που κάνατε. Εάν αυτή δεν έχει ευρήματα ίσως θα πρέπει να επανεκτιμηθειτε με έναν νέο υπέρηχο. Λυπάμαι αλλά τα δεν μπορώ να είμαι πιο συγκεκριμένος ή να επεκταθώ περαιτέρω αφού δε γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας. Σας εύχομαι περαστικά και ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
