Είναι φυσιολογικοί οι πόνοι περιόδου πριν την καθυστέρηση; Δεν έκανα ωορρηξία;

Καλησπέρα. Προσπαθώ με τον σύζυγο μου για σύλληψη. Έκανα κολπικό υπέρηχο και ο γυναικολόγος μου είπε ότι θα έκανα ωορρηξία σε 2 μέρες, δηλαδή την 22η ημέρα του κύκλου. Συνήθως έχω κύκλο 29 με 33 μέρες. Την υποτιθέμενη μέρα της ωορρηξίας ξεκίνησα να έχω πόνους περιόδου χωρίς ακόμα να μου έχει έρθει. Είμαι στην 30η μέρα. Είναι φυσιολογικοί οι πόνοι περιόδου από τόσο νωρίς; υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην έκανα ωορρηξία;
