Βρογχοπνευμονία, οζίδιο 6mm στον δεξιό πνεύμονα, επανέλεγχος;

Καλησπέρα σας Τον Ιούνιο του 2024 πέρασα βρογχοπνευμονια. Είμαι 49 χρ κ μη καπνίστρια με πρόσφατη σπιρομετρηση κοντά στο 99%. Έκανα 2 ακτινογραφίες τον Ιούνιο κ Ιούλιο χωρίς να δείξει τίποτα κ τέλος Ιουλίου έκανα αξονική με οζιδιο 6mm στο δεξιό πνεύμονα στον κάτω λοβο. Ο παθολόγος μου είπε επανέλεγχο το Οκτωβριο κ πάλι ήταν σταθερό. Με τρομάξε πολύ.. Κ πήγα σe πνευμονολογο η οποία με καθησυχάσε. Μου είπε επανέλεγχο τώρα τον Φεβρουάριο. Φοβάμαι στον επανέλεγχο.

  • Δεν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας, στην συντριπτική τους πλειοψηφία τα οζίδια αυτά είναι καλοήθη. Κάποιες φορές απλά επιλέγουμε να τα παρακολουθήσουμε για κάποιο χρονικό διάστημα προκειμένου να είμαστε σίγουροι ότι δεν αυξάνει το μέγεθος τους, το οποίο μας επιβεβαιώνει και τον καλοήθη χαρακτήρα τους.
