Τι σημαίνουν αντιδραστικοί λεμφαδένες μετά από θεραπεία λέμφωμα Hodgkin;

Καλησπέρα. Πριν 7 μήνες διαγνώστηκε με λέμφωμα Hodgkin. Έκανα ανοσοθεραπεία και χημειοθεραπεία 6 κύκλους abvd και τα δύο ενδιάμεσα pet δεν έδειξαν παθογένεια και βγήκα με πλήρη ύφεση έχοντας δύο αντιδραστικούς λεμφαδένες όπως το χαρακτήρισε ο θεράποντας ιατρός. Έχω 20 μέρες που τελείωσα αλλά όπως ψηλαφίζω το λαιμό και τη βουβωνική χώρα πιάνω κάποια γρομπαλακια. Έχω προγραμματισμένο pet σε ένα μήνα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να επέστρεψε ; Οι εξετάσεις αίματος βγαίνουν φυσιολογικές σε όλες τις τιμές.
