Πόνος σε κολικό νεφρού: Ενδείξεις θέσης πέτρας στην ουροδόχο κύστη;
Πριν 10 μέρες έπαθα κολικό νεφρού και μετά από CT έδειξε ακόμα 1 πέτρα στο νεφρό.Την 1η από ότι φαίνεται την απέβαλα.Σήμερα ξανάρχισε κολικός αλλά δεν φεύγει ο πόνος.Έχω δει ουρολόγο και μετά από ultrasound βρήκε διάταση νεφρού που μάλλον μετακινήθηκε κ η 2η πέτρα.Είναι μικρή 3-4 Χιλ.Συνεχίζω να έχω πόνους στο πλάι αλλά και κάψιμο στην ουρύθρα.Το ότι πονώ κάτω στην ουροδόχο κύστη δεν είναι ένδειξη ότι η πέτρα βρίσκεται κάτω χαμηλά;

Καλημέρα σας το γεγονός ότι έχετε διάταση στο νεφρό σημαίνει ότι έχετε απόφραξη .Ο λίθος ως μέγεθος μπορεί να αποβληθεί αλλά αν τα συμπτώματα δεν υποχωρούν ίσως χρειαστεί να κάνετε ουρητηρολιθοτριψια.Χρειάζεται καλή ενυδάτωση (λήψη νερού).Καλή ανάρρωση και Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
