Υψηλή προλακτίνη: Αιτίες και πιθανότητα υπογονιμότητας;
Καλησπερα σας , Εχω κανει καποιες ορμονικες εξετασεις οι οποιες βγηκαν καλες εκτος απο την προλακτινη που βγηκε πολυ υψηλη τι μπορει να σημαινει? Υπαρχει πιθανονητα για υπογονιμοτητα?

Καλησπέρα σας. Η αυξημένη προλακτίνη μπορεί να οφείλεται σε διάφορους παράγοντες, όπως το άγχος, η λήψη φαρμάκων ή κάποιο μικρό αδένωμα στην υπόφυση.
Ανάλογα με το πόσο υψηλή είναι, μπορεί να επηρεάζει την ωορρηξία και την περίοδο, κάτι που σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις μπορεί και να συνδέεται με υπογονιμότητα. Δεν σημαίνει όμως απαραίτητα ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα σύλληψης. Προφανώς εφόσον δεν γνωρίζω το πλήρες ιστορικό σας δεν μπορώ να σας δώσω μια πιο σαφή απάντηση. Ελπίζω όμως να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.

Πολλές αιτίες μπορούν να οδηγήσουν σε αυξημένη προλακτίνη, αλλά δυστυχώς οι αυξημένες τιμές σχετίζονται με υπογονιμότητα. Αναλόγως του αίτιου μπορεί να θεραπευτεί πλήρως.
