Έχει σημασία σε ποιες μονάδες μετρήσεις έχει υπολογιστεί. Γενικά η γονιμότητα είναι ζήτημα πολυπαραγοντικό.

Το αν υπάρχει θέμα γονιμότητας εξαρτάται από εσάς και τον σύντροφο σας. Θα πρέπει λοιπόν τόσο εσείς όσο και ο σύντροφος να υποβληθείτε στον απαραίτητο έλεγχο. Δεν μπορεί κανείς να εξάγει ασφαλή συμπεράσματα από ένα μεμονωμένο αποτέλεσμα μίας εξέτασης.
