Χειρουργείο για HPV τύπου 16 και CIN1-2 στα 51; Να κάνω το εμβόλιο;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 51 ετών. Το τεστ Παπ έδειξε hpv III. Το τεστ dna τον τύπο 16. Η βιοψία μετά από αποξεση dil-cin1 έως και 2. Με προτρέπει ο ιατρός σε χειρουργείο. Είναι επείγον ή να επαναλάβω και βλέπω; Το εμβόλιο να το κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Οι βλάβες CIN 2 θεωρούνται υψηλού κινδύνου και σε γενικές που έχουν ολοκληρώσει την οικογένεια τους οι κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες συνιστούν αφαίρεση της βλάβης. Ειδικά αφού υπάρχει και το στέλεχος 16 που είναι υψηλού κινδύνου θα σας πρότεινα άμεσα LEEP. To εμβόλιο δεν έχει μελετηθεί επαρκώς σε ηλικίες ανω τον 45 αλλά όπως κ να είχε δεν θα μπορούσε να σας προστατέψει από την βλάβη κ τον τύπο HPV που ήδη έχετε. Ελπίζω να ξεδιάλυνα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο τις όποιες απορίες σας.
