Χρειάζεται κωνοειδής εκτομή για υψηλού κινδύνου HPV και CIN I στα 30;
Καλησπέρα , είμαι 30 ετών εχω υψηλού κινδύνου hpv και το τελευταίο τεστ Παπ έδειξε cin i . Η κολποσκόπηση μου είχε καλή εικόνα. Η κωνοειδής εκτομή κρίνεται απαραίτητη ?

Καλησπέρα σας. Η κωνοειδης εκτομή, γενικά, δεν συνιστάται σε βαθμού CIN 1 αλλοιώσεις αφού αυτές θεωρούνται χαμηλοβαθμες αλλοιώσεις που στην πλειονότητα τους υποχωρούν. Προφανώς μη γνωρίζοντας το ακριβές ιστορικό σας δε θα μπορούσα να επεκταθώ περαιτέρω και να είμαι πιο συγκεκριμένος για την δική σας περίπτωση. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο και καλή συνέχεια.
