Το πνευμονικο παρεγχυμα ελέγχεται χωρίς αλλοιωσεις ενεργού νόσου.. ήπιες ινωδεις αλλοιωσεις υπουπελωκοτικα στις κορυφές και τις βάσεις...με φυσιολογικό εύρος και πορεία και με ελεύθερο αυλό ελέγχεται η τραχεια και οι κύριοι βρόγχοι ..δεν παρατηρήθηκαν παθολογικά διογκώμενοι μεσοθωρακικοι και μασχαλιαιοι λεμφαδένες με κριτήριο το μέγεθος.. ο καρδιακος σχηματισμός και η θωράκικη αορτή έχουν φυσιολογικό μέγεθος...χιλιοστομετρικες κυστικου τυπου αλλοιωσεις ήπατος...εκ των οστικων δομών ελέγχονται εκφυλιστικου τυπου οστικεςαλλοιωσεις....41 χρόνων άντρας καπνιστής...με φοβίζει λίγο το ήπαρ που λέει...οι αιματολογικες του ήπαρ πολύ καλές...
