Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω μακροχρόνια ραγάδα και αιμορροΐδες με δυσκοιλιότητα;

Υποθέτω πως λόγο της δυσκοιλιότητας μου οι αιμορροΐδες είναι λογικές ... Δυστυχώς όμως έχω και ραδαγα (!!!) η οποία είναι ζωντανή εδώ και αρκετούς μήνες έχω ο ιατρός μου είπε πως επουλώνεται σιγά σιγά .. πες από την διατροφή που προσπαθώ να φτιάξω τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω ..βάζω και μια κρέμα (με συνταγή ιατρού) αλλά φως δεν βλέπω ... Έχω βαρεθει οικτρά.
