Αύξηση ΤΚΕ, σίδηρος και φλεγμονή αιμορροΐδων: ανησυχίες και ανάλυση

Έκανα τσεκ απ. Η γενική αίματος,οι βιοχημικές,οι εξετάσεις για αναιμία,για θυρεοειδή και ούρων βγήκαν μέσα στα φυσιολογικά όρια. Οι μόνες αποκλίσεις ήταν η ΤΚΕ με τιμή 51 και ο σίδηρος 172. Η φεριτινη μέσα στα όρια. Διάβασα στο ίντερνετ πως η ΤΚΕ υποδηλώνει φλεγμονή. Εδώ και 1.5 μήνα ταλαιπωρουμαι από εσωτερικές αιμορροΐδες οι οποιες με πονάνε πολύ και έχω και λίγο κόκκινο αίμα στο σκούπισμα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση η αύξηση της ΤΚΕ να είναι λόγω πιθανής φλεγμονής των αιμορροΐδων? Πρέπει να ανησυχήσω για αυτές τις δύο αυξημένες τιμές και εφόσον όλα τα άλλα ήταν εντός φυσιολογικών ορίων? Ευχαριστώ.
