καλησπερα σας εδω και χρονια εχω κρισεις αγχους με κυριο χαρακτηριστικο τη ταχυκαρδια και τις εκτακτες συστολες. εχω κανει ολες τις εξετασεις και βγηκαν καλες με ενα φυσυμα και προπτωση μητροειδους. περσυ εβαλα χολτερ και απ το αγχος και μονο εκανα 4000. μολις μ ειπε ο γιατρος δεν ειναι κατι ανησυχητικο εφυγαν. αυτο που θελω να σας ρωτησω και με τις γνωσεις σας μονο με το φοβο μπορει να τις προκαλουμε εμεις οι ιδιοι? δηλ να ειναι ψυχολογικο. τωρα εχω καλι εκτακτες αλλα χωρις κανενα συμπτωμα αλλο και φοβαμαι. πριν ενα μηνα εκανα καρδιογραφημα τι μου συστηνετε

4000 εκακτες σίγουρα δεν θεωρούνται πολλές αλλά σίγουρα ούτε και λίγες.Αν οι χτυποι σου σε ηρεμία ειναιπανω από 75-80/min θα μπορούσες να πάρεις και μικρή δοση β αναστολεα.Αν πιστεύεις πως για τον α-β λόγο έχεις τρελό άγχος πάνε σε νευρολογο-ψυχιατρο
