Καλησπέρα, έκανα τεστ κοπώσεως φυσιολογικό, triplex φυσιολογικό αλλά επειδή ένιωθα φτερουγίσματα κυρίως κατά την άσκηση με βάρη αλλά και κατά τις διατάσεις στο γυμναστηριο έβαλα holter. Την ημέρα που έβαλα το holter πήγα γυμναστήριο ώστε να καταγραφούν οι έκτακτες συστολές για να δω αν είναι επικυνδινες. Πήρα τα αποτελέσματα σήμερα. 86 έκτακτες μονομερής κοιλιακές και 36 ΕΚΣ υπερκοιλιακες και 6 ζευγη. Είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό? Να σημειώσω ότι είμαι γενικά πολύ αγχωδης και στρεσαρομαι εύκολα. Όχι δεν είναι ανησυχητικό,εγώ πάντως σε όλους όσους κάνουν γυμναστική με βάρη τους λέω να μειώσουν τα κιλακσι γενικά την γυμναστική με βαρη
