Είμαι 21 και ακούω την καρδιά μου στα αυτιά και στο στήθος, είναι παθολογικό;
Καλησπερα ,ειμαι 21 χρονών και εδώ και 1 μήνα παρατηρώ ότι ακούω στα αυτιά μου και στο στηθος μου την καρδιά μου να χτυπάει χωρίς να έχω ταχυκαρδια όπως και την αναπνοή μου και αισθάνομαι ότι έχω δυσκολια να αναπνεύσω. Αυτό έρχεται και φευγει και δεν διαρκεί πολύ. Να αναφέρω ότι έχω θέματα και με τον υπνο μου και ότι τον τελευταίο χρόνο έχω περάσει από πολύ άγχος. Πιστεύετε ότι είναι κάτι παθολογικο ;

Δεν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχιας.

Πιστεύω ότι δεν είναι κάτι παθολογικό. Πιθανότατα οφείλεται σε αγχος.

Δεν φαίνεται κάτι παθολογικο. Πιθανόν είναι ψυχοσωματικής αιτιολογίας.

Το πιθανότερο να ευθύνεται το άγχος.Αν δεν έλεγες για την δυσκολία στην αναπνοή θα ήμουν σίγουρος.Αν δεν έχεις παράγοντες κινδύνου και δεδομένου της μικρής σου ηλικίας επαναλαμβάνω με κάποια επιφύλαξη βέβαια αφού δεν σε εξέτασα πως πρέπει να είναι σωματικοποιηση του αγχους
