Χτύπησα τον αντίχειρα παίζοντας βόλεϊ και πονάει το κάτω κόκαλο, τι να κάνω;

Γεια σας.Εχθές έπαιξα βόλεϊ και χτύπησα τον αντίχειρα μου και πονούσε το κάτω κόκαλο και ακόμα πονάει.Μπορώ να κλείσω και να ανοίξω τα δάχτυλα αλλά πονάω στο κάτω μέρος τ δάχτυλου στο κόκαλο.

  • Λογικά όπως το περιγράφεται δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει κάποιο κάταγμα.
    Χρειάζεται μερικές μέρες ακινητοποίηση και ίσως κάποιο αντιφλεγμονώδες. Εαν επιμένε η ενόχληση χρειάζεται να ελεγχθεί με ακτινογραφία

  • Καλησπέρα σας! Καλό είναι να κάνετε μια ακτινογραφία άκρας χειρος σε face & profil για να αποκλείσουμε την πιθανότητα κατάγματος. Μπορεί να είναι σπασμένο και να το κουνάτε το δάχτυλο όποτε μην κρίνετε μόνο από την κινηση. Μέχρι τότε βάλτε πάγο και προσπαθήστε να μην το κουράζετε.
