Γειά σας.. θα ήθελα να μάθω για το αυτοάνοσο που έχω Αγκυλοποιητική Σπονδυλίτιδα αν αυτό μπορεί να δημιουργήσει κ στα υπόλοιπα όργανα του σώματος προβλήματα η μόνο στους μυς;

Ναι θα μπορούσε. Δεν κάνει στους μυς πρόβλημα, αλλά στη σπονδυλική στήλη, τις υπόλοιπες αρθρώσεις και τους τένοντες. Στη διάθεσή σας

Η αγκυλοπ.σπονδυλαρθριτιδα προσβάλει τον σκελετό (κυρίως μεγάλες αρθρώσεις κ τη σπονδυλική στήλη) , τους οφθαλμούς (ιριδοκυκλιτιδες, ραγοειδίτιδες κτλ) και τα γεννητικά όργανα (τοπικές φλεγμονές)

Μπορεί και σε αλλά όργανα να δημιουργήσει βλάβες σαν αυτοανοσο

Η ΑΣ δεν αφορά τους μυς αλλά τα οστά και τις αρθρώσεις. Ναι σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις μπορεί να αφορά και σπλάγχνα όργανα όπως οι πνεύμονες, το γαστρεντερικό, οι πνεύμονες και οι οφθαλμοί. Δεν είναι συχνό όμως.
