Διπλωπία με καθαρή μαγνητική: παρέση οπτικού νεύρου ή κεντρικό πρόβλημα;
Καλησπερα, εδω και 5 μερες εχω διπλωπια, καθαρη μαγνητικη εγκαφαλου και αγγειογραφημα και μας ειπε ο νευρολογος πως ειναι παρεση ενος οπτικου νευρου. Σημερα, πηγα και σε οφθαλμιατρο και μου ειπε πως δεν ειναι παρεση αλλα ειναι κεντρικο το θεμα και οτι δεν ειναι παρεση, και οτι σαν τα ματια να μην υπακουν στις εντολες του εγκεφαλου ( η μαγνητικη καθαρη ).

Οι πιθανοτερες αιτιες ειναι αρτηριακη υπερταση και διαβητης.Και στις δυο περιπτωσεις βλάπτεται καποιο οφθαλμοκινητικο νευρο που νευρωνει καποιο οφθσλμικινητικο μυ.Επίσης μια ιωση ή μετα απο ιωση μπορει να προκαλέσει το ιδιο.Ο νευρολόγος σας είναι ο πλέον κατάλληλος για την θεραπεία σας
