Πρέπει να ξανακάνω γαστροσκόπηση για διαφραγματοκήλη και γαστρίτιδα άντρου;
Πριν από 2 χρόνια έκανα γαστροσκόπηση έχω διαφραγματοκηλη μεγάλη δεν είχα αλλοιώσεις όμως στον βλεννογόνο πουθενά μόνο μια γαστρίτιδα άντρου διέγνωσε η οποία μου είπε ο γιατρός είναι άνευ σημασίας το μόνο σύμπτωμα που έχω κάποιες φορές ξινιλα το βράδυ στον ύπνο και παλινδρόμηση κυρίως όταν τρώω γιαούρτι το οποίο όμως παλιότερα δεν με ενοχλούσε πρέπει να ξανακάνω τώρα γαστροσκόπηση;;;

Εξαρτάται. Αν είστε άντρας, αν καπνίζετε, αν πίνετε αλκοόλ, αν είστε υπέρβαρη-ος, αν είστε περί τα 50 και βέβαια αναλόγως της συχνότητας των παλινδρομήσεων ή αν προγραμματίζετε επέμβαση για την διαφραγματοκήλη αφού όπως λέτε είναι μεγάλη.

Μια μεγάλη διαφραγματοκήλη είναι αναμενόμενο να δίνει συμπτώματα παλινδρόμησης. Θα πρέπει όμως με οδηγίες διατροφής και φαρμακευτική αγωγή αυτά να περιορίζονται σημαντικά. Αν παρόλα αυτά επιμένουν, πιθανόν να χρειάζεται επανάληψη της γαστροσκόπησης.
