Πόσο επικίνδυνη είναι η χρόνια HP λεμφοζιδιακή πανγαστρίτιδα και θεραπεύεται;
Καλησπέρα σας ,έκανα γαστροσκόπηση στην βιοψία ελήφθησαν 14 λευκοφαια ιστοτεμαχια Η οποία λέει χρόνια HP λεμφοζιδιακη πανγαστριτιδα score 2 κατά Wotherspoon χωρίς ατροφία αδενιων Οίδημα με έντονη τριχοειδικη συμφόρηση του χοριού και στους δύο τύπους βλεννογόνου. Πολλά helicobacter pylori grade 3 στην επιφανειακή βλέννη , τα γαστρικά βοθρία και ανάμεσα στα γαστρικά επιθήλια με την ίδια διαβάθμιση και στους δύο τύπους βλεννογόνου στις χρώσεις Η&Ε και τροποποιημένη giemsa .Στοιχεία κακοήθειας δεν παρατηρήθηκαν Τι μπορείτε να μου εξηγήσετε και πόσο επικίνδυνο είναι αυτό και αν θεραπεύεται με συμβατικά μέσα ; Θα ήθελα να προσθέσω πως η βιοψία είναι προ εξαετίας και ο ιατρός που την έκανε δεν με καθοδήγησε προς κάποιο θεραπευτικό σχήμα Σας ευχαριστώ

Χρειάζεστε επανάληψη της γαστροσκόπησης σήμερα γιατί αυτό που αφήσατε τότε αθεράπευτο σήμερα θα έχει επιδεινωθεί. (Αν και θεωρώ απίθανο ο γαστρεντερολόγος που σας έκανε την γαστροσκόπηση τότε να μην σας έδωσε θεραπεία για το ελικοβακτηρίδιο......)
