Πρέπει να κάνω γαστροσκόπηση για ρέψιμο μετά το φαγητό στην κλιμακτήριο;
Καλησπέρα είμαι 50 ετών, πριν ένα χρόνο μπήκα στην κλιμακτήριο και εδώ και λίγους μήνες μολις φάω ή πιω κάτι έχω ρέψιμο. Δεν έχω απολύτως τίποτα άλλο. Πρέπει να κάνω γαστροσκόπηση?

Σίγουρα γαστροσκόπηση αλλά όχι μόνο.
Σίγουρα έναν έλεγχο οου θα περιλαμβάνει αιματολογικές και κάποια απεικονηστική εξέταση (υπέρηχο ή αξονική κοιλιάς).
Και μιας και είστε και 50 και μιά κολονοσκόπηση (λόγω ηλικίας όχι λόγω του ρεψίματος).

Γενικά μιλώντας, μόνο αυτό ως σύμπτωμα δεν είναι αιτία για γαστροσκόπηση. Κάθε περίπτωση όμως πρέπει να εκτιμάται εξατομικευμένα καθώς μέσω ερωτήσεων για το ιστορικό σας μπορεί να προκύπτουν επιπλέον ενδείξεις. Αν πρόκειται για κάτι που επιμένει και σας απασχολεί, καλό θα ήταν να μιλήσετε με γαστρεντερολόγο.
