Φούσκωμα και πόνος στο στομάχι 10 μέρες μετά τη θεραπεία για ελικοβακτηρίδιο: φυσιολογικό;
Καλησπέρα.ειμαι 41 ετών μετά από γαστροσκόπηση κολονοσκοπηση βρέθηκε ελικοβακτηριδιο του πυλωρού.η βιοψία κατά τα άλλα καθαρή.εκανα θεραπεία διπλού σχήματος με amoxil 1g και claripen με flagyl 500 ml μαζί με laptazol εννοειται για 14 ημέρες.μετα το τέλος της αγωγής ύστερα από 10 μέρες νιώθω πάλι φούσκωμα κορεσμό φαγητού και πόνο ψηλά στο στομάχι μαΙ με αέρια μετά το φαγητό.ειναι φυσιολογικό;μήπως είναι δείγμα ότι δε ξεριζωθηκε το ελικοβΚτηριδιο;τεστ κοπράνων ο γιατρός μου είπε να περάσει σχεδόν ένας μήνας μετά την αγωγή

Το ελικοβακτηρίδιο είναι υπεύθυνο για ένα μικρό ποσοστό μόνο των συμπτωμάτων που αναφέρετε. Η εκρίζωση του γίνεται γιατί μακροχρόνια αποτελεί παράγοντα κινδύνου για κακοήθεια. Οπότε, μη συνδέετε τα συμπτώματα σας με την ύπαρξη του μικροβίου αυτού. Το πιθανότερο είναι να μην σχετίζονται.
