Είναι ασφαλές να πάρω Nexium για 3 μήνες για οισοφαγίτιδα και παλινδρομήσεις;
Καλησπερα ειμαι 30 χρονων εχω χρονια οισοφαγιτιδα και στο παρελθον ειχα και παλινδρομησης προσφατα ειχα βραχναδα και πονο στο λαρυγγα και διαγνωστηκε με γαστροσκοπηση οτι ανεβαινουν τα γαστρικα υγρα στο λαρυγγα και ο γιατρος μου χωρηγησε τα nexium 1 πρωι και 1 βραδυ για 3 μηνες ειναι σωστο να παρω τα χαπια θεωρητε τοσο καιρο ή μπορει να ειναι και επικινδυνο για την υγεια? Επισης δεν ξερω αν ειναι απο κατι αλλο αλλα προσφατα για 1 μερα μονο ειχα διαρροια και εδω και 2 μερες εχω τυμπανισμο αλλα εχω και ευερεθιστο εντερο

Η θεραπεία της παλινδρόμησης είναι μακροχρόνια (3 μήνες δεν είναι πολύ αλλά 2 nexium για 3 μήνες είναι πάρα πολύ). Κατά τα άλλα δεν μπορώ να πω κάτι παραπάνω αν δεν δω τις εξετάσεις σας και εσάς.

Το συγκεκριμένο φάρμακο είναι δοκιμασμένο και ευρείας χρήσης οπότε δεν είναι επικίνδυνο. Δεν θα εστίαζα στη διάρκεια όσο στη δοσολογία. Προφανώς η σωστή δοσολογία είναι συνάρτηση του ιστορικού και των ευρημάτων της γαστροσκόπησης. Σε γενικές γραμμές, εάν πρόκειται για nexium των 20 η δοσολογία είναι λογική και συνήθης.
