Πυρετός το βράδυ σε 2,5 ετών παιδί με συμπτώματα ρινοφαρυγγικά και βήχα

Η μικρή μου 2,5 χρονών έκανε δέκατα την Δευτέρα το πρωί χωρίς κανένα άλλο σύμπτωμα.. έκανα τεστ α β και κορωνοιο και ήταν αρνητικά.. δύο μέρες μετά είχε μύξες και βηχαλακι κάναμε αερολιν το βράδυ της πέμπτης ξανα έκανε 38,5 πυρετό έδωσα αντιπυρετικό και όλα καλά παρασκευή πρωί χτες δηλαδή όλη μέρα καλά το βράδυ 39,2… έδωσα αντιπυρετικό και όλα καλά σήμερα το πρωί είχε 37 έχει μύξες και ο βήχας έχει ελαττωθεί πολύ με το αερολιν μασκακι αλλά γιατί εμφανίζεται το βράδυ ο πυρετός;;
