Πότε θα απυρετήσει η κόρη μου 9 ετών με ίωση, πυρετό και αντιβιοτικά;
Γειά σας η κόρη μου 9 ετών άρχισε πυρετό μέχρι 38.4 από το αυτί προ 5 ημέρες. Κάνει 3 κυματα πυρετού το 24 ωρο. Την ειδε παιδίατρος και είπε έχει εικόνα ίωσης με λίγο κόκκινο λαιμό. Τριπλό rapid αρνητικό, και στρεπτοκοκου επίσης. Την ώρα που δεν έχει πυρετό είναι πολύ καλή, την ώρα του πυρετού έχει πονοκεφαλο και είναι κακοδιάθετη. Μας άρχισε σήμερα αντιβιοτικό πενικιλλινη με κλαβουλανικό. Πότε να περιμένουμε να απυρετήσει?

Συνήθως τα αντιβιοτικά χρειάζονται 48-72 ώρες για την δράση τους εφόσον η λοίμωξη οφείλεται σε μικρόβιο

Το πιθανότερο πολύ σύντομα. Ίσως όχι λόγω της αντιβίωσης, αν είναι ίωση, αλλά γιατί είναι εξαιρετικα σπάνιο μια ίωση να κάνει πυρετό πάνω από 5 με 6 μέρες.
