Καλημέρα σας. Η περίοδος μεταδοτικότητας της γρίπης είναι περίπου 1 μέρα πριν την έναρξη των συμπτωμάτων μέχρι 5-7 μέρες μετά. Καλό θα ήταν να μην έρθετε σε επαφή ειδικά με άτομα που έχουν αυξημένη πιθανότητα να νοσήσουν βαριά αυτό το διάστημα (και ειδικά τις 3 πρώτες μέρες που είναι μεγαλύτερη η πιθανότητα μετάδοσης).
