Καλημέρα σας Σε αξονική τομογραφία και αγγειογραφία εγκεφάλου μεταξύ άλλων στη διάγνωση αναγράφεται "ΔΜΓ αμετάθετες". Σε τι αναφέρεται αυτή η συντομογραφία; Το "αμετάθετες" σημαίνει ότι δεν έχουν υποστεί μεταβολή;”

Καλησπέρα. Η συντομογραφία σημαίνει Δομές Μέσης Γραμμής (ΔΜΓ) αμετάθετες. Τα δομικά στοιχεία του εγκεφάλου, που (φυσιολογικά) βρίσκονται στη μέση γραμμή, πράγματι (και αισίως) εντοπίζονται κεντρικά και δεν παρατηρείται παρεκτόπιση τους. Είναι φυσιολογικό εύρημα. Ερμηνεύεται πάντα σε συνδυασμό με το υπόλοιπο πόρισμα της αξονικής εγκεφάλου.
