Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 23 ετών και εδώ και κάποιους μήνες νιώθω συνεχώς μια απέραντη θλίψη, νιώθω πως δεν με κινητοποιεί κάτι, έχω συνεχώς εκρήξεις και βάθη το αίσθημα του θυμού. παρ'ολ'αυτα ενώ δεν έχω όρεξη να κάνω τις εξόδους μου, όταν βγαίνω συνήθως περνάω καλά, όλη τη μέρα κλαίω, χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποιος ιδιαίτερος λογος. Είναι αυτά κάποια σημάδια κατάθλιψης; Δεν έχω αρκετά χρήματα για να κάνω ψυχανάλυση, μπορώ να πάω σε κάποιον ψυχίατρο και να με διαγνώσει από την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
