Υπάρχει κίνδυνος ρήξης φλέβας στο πετσάκι κατά την περιτομή;

Καλημέρα.θελω να ρωτήσω σχετικά με την περιτομή.περιμετρικά στο πετσακι υπάρχει περιμετρικά φλέβα.οταν κατέβενει το πετσακι η φλέβα γίνεται πολύ μικρή υπάρχει κίνδυνος να σπάσει κατά την επαφή?και αν κάνω περιτομή η φλέβα θα αφαιρεθεί χειρουργικά?
